mantispy.pl.transport(adata, key='transport', level=None, top=25, ax=None)[source]#

Agreement per perturbation, ranked, with the ones that reproduce colored.

With more than top perturbations, the highest and lowest ranked are shown. The perturbations at the bottom are the ones whose effects did not reproduce across settings.

Parameters:

  • adata (AnnData) – Object holding the table transport() wrote.

  • key (str (default: 'transport')) – Name of that table in uns["mantispy"].

  • level (str | None (default: None)) – Which level of that table to draw, or None for the last one it holds.

  • top (int (default: 25)) – How many perturbations to draw, taken half from each end of the ranking when there are more.

  • ax (Axes | None (default: None)) – Axes to draw on, or None for a new figure.

Return type:

Axes | None

Returns:

The axes when the caller passed ax, else None because the plot then owns the figure it created. When returned they hold one bar per perturbation, the ones that reproduce in crimson, and how many of them do in the title.

Raises:

  • KeyError – There is no such table, or it holds no such level.

  • ValueError – That table is empty, which is what happens when no perturbation was shared by a comparable pair of settings.
