mantispy.pl.qc(adata, figsize=(12, 8))[source]#

Two-by-two summary of the QC metrics calculate_qc_metrics() writes.

Each panel is drawn only if the object holds what it needs, so a partial run still gives a figure.

Parameters:

  • adata (AnnData) – Object carrying the QC annotations.

  • figsize (tuple[float, float] (default: (12, 8))) – Size of the whole figure, in inches.

Return type:

ndarray | None

Returns:

None; this plot always creates its own figure, a two-by-two grid of the QC panels.
